Terms.
General terms and conditions.
Exclusion of liability
By signing the health questionnaire in the Training-Nidwalden application, the participant confirms that liability claims against those responsible for training-nidwalden.ch or their assistants relating to injury to life, body or health, or to damage to property, are excluded in principle, unless there is demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of those responsible or their assistants. Every participant is made aware of these terms before the start of the first session (trial session) and is obliged to read them, to declare their agreement with them, and to follow them as well as the instructions of those responsible and their assistants while taking part in the training. The terms are accepted when a pass is purchased in the Training-Nidwalden application.
Insurance cover
Every participant holds personal accident and health insurance covering any incidents. If a participant causes damage to another person or their property while taking part in the activities of training-nidwalden.ch, they are responsible for it themselves. No damage or claim for compensation arises for those responsible for training-nidwalden.ch or their assistants in this respect. Every participant also acknowledges that training-nidwalden.ch is not liable for lost property. Theft insurance is recommended.
Instructions
For their own good and that of all other participants, every participant also undertakes to follow the directions and instructions of those responsible for training-nidwalden.ch and their assistants.
Health
Every participant further acknowledges that they will be excluded from the activities of training-nidwalden.ch while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. If a participant suffers from feverish or chronic illness, if there is a safety risk for other participants, or if they are taking strong medication, they are asked to inform those responsible for training-nidwalden.ch before the start of each session. Every participant also confirms that they suffer from no physical or psychological ailments and/or dependencies (alcohol / drugs / medication).
The participant agrees to medical treatment should this be advisable in the event of injury or indisposition as a result of an accident or illness during the training (at the expense of the participant's health or accident insurance).
Preventive health information / medical history
Completing the health questionnaire is mandatory for every participant. It must be completed truthfully before the start of the first session (trial session). If the health questionnaire is not completed, those responsible for training-nidwalden.ch may object to participation in a session. If, based on a participant's medical history, those responsible for training-nidwalden.ch identify a health risk in taking part, the participant will be excluded from the session or asked to consult a doctor who consents to their participation. Such consent must be given in writing and presented to those responsible for training-nidwalden.ch. Training-nidwalden.ch accepts no liability for participants who disregard medical instructions.
Food and drink
Food and drink are the participant's own responsibility. We recommend always bringing something to drink to avoid dehydration.
