Trial session request
When you request a free trial session, we store your first name, your email address and the location you chose. We use them to contact you and to send you the starting information by email. We also store the time of your request and technical details (browser, referring page, campaign parameters from the link), so we know how you found us.
The data is held on servers in the EU (Neon, Vercel). Email is sent through Resend (EU region). We use your details for the trial session only. We do not send a newsletter from this website. Your request counts as a conversion in Google Analytics if you consent to statistics. Once we run ads, it only feeds into advertising measurement if you have consented to advertising cookies, and then we only transmit the location you chose, never your name or your email address.
Form protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated requests. When the security check loads, Cloudflare processes technical connection and browser data, including your IP address. For abuse limits, we keep keyed hashes of the IP address and email address, together with a request identifier, for 24 hours. Expired identifiers are removed on the next request or daily cleanup. These identifiers are not used for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Retention
We keep trial session requests for 12 months from the date of the request. After that your request is deleted from our database automatically. The internal notification about your request in our mailbox is deleted within the same period at the latest. If you would like your data deleted sooner, an email to info@training-nidwalden.ch is enough.
Eversports
Booking sessions and managing your pass run through the Eversports app. The Eversports privacy policy applies to the data you enter there. Whether you would like occasional marketing emails from us is something you decide when registering in the app – not on this website.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit it, technically necessary access data such as your IP address is processed briefly in server logs so the website runs securely and reliably.
Cookies and statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. IP addresses are not stored in Google Analytics. We only enable statistics with your consent. You decide with “Necessary only” or “Adjust your choice”. We save and respect your choice on future visits. Measurement is managed through Google Tag Manager. We only set advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta) with your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via «Cookie settings» in the footer.
YouTube videos
On the home page we show our current Daily video from YouTube. As long as you do not start the video, your browser does not connect to YouTube – we serve the preview image from our own server. Only when you press play is the YouTube player (Google) loaded, in privacy-enhanced mode. Google then receives your IP address, among other things, and can set cookies. The Google privacy policy applies.
On the home page we show the latest posts from our Instagram account. We serve the pictures and videos from our own server: while you look at them or play them, your browser does not connect to Instagram and no Instagram cookies are set. Only when you open a post or our profile are you taken to Instagram (Meta) in a new tab, where the Instagram privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@training-nidwalden.ch.
